This week I had the opportunity to get caught up with Wayne and Charlotte Gotz of Cudahy.
I first met them in 2005 after Charlotte's beloved service dog Casey was killed by a loose dog.
Working across the aisle we were able to pass a bill (2006 act 353), Casey's Law, protecting service animals.
